Delivery charges

AC GHAR/ Electro-Ref Tech's products and services are available to people living inside as well as outside the Kathmandu valley. We are offering free home delivery of big appliances inside Kathmandu valley ring road only.

Outside Kathmandu Valley, the delivery will provided till the office premises of the courier/transport company. The customer will have to receive his/her order from courier company’s office by paying courier bill amount.

Payment Mode

i. Cash On Delivery:
You can pay us on CASH after the delivery is done at your doorsteps. Cash on Delivery facility is not available for deliveries outside Katmandu Valley.

ii. Credit/Debit Card Payment:
You can now pay for your order through Credit/Debit card via our 3D secure online payment gateway system. By using Credit/Debit Card payment system, you can purchase our products from any part of the world and get it delivered here in you home in Nepal.

iii. Mobile Wallet:
We offer multiple option of payment through Mobile Wallet system. The mobile wallet systems we have partnerd with are considered safest in terms of monetary transaction is concerned.

 

Warranty Terms And Condition

  • The warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
  • Repairs under the warranty period shall be carried out by the company’s authorized personnel only.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the nearest authorized service center and bring the unit to the authorized service center.
  • In the events of repairs of any parts of the unit this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warrant .The time taken for repair and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
  • The warranty does not extend to any part of product which has been damaged by lighting/ thunderstorm and any other natural calamity such as flood, earthquake, fire or other acts of god ,lifting,shifting, subject to misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or voltage fluctuation, unauthorized repair or replacement of original parts.
  • The terms and condition are mentioned in the warranty card.

Please note the goods portrayed on the website and delivery goods will be identical, but however in case of unavailability of the portrayed goods nearest matching goods will be offered and delivered with mutual consent with the buyer.
