This is concerning the Annual maintenance contract for periodic and preventive maintenance of the Air–Conditioner installed at your office. We are pleased to confirm that we have an excellent team of HVAC Engineers and experienced technicians with sufficient tools and accessories for quality work. In view of our excellent relationship, we are pleased to offer an annual service contract. This would ensure both periodic and preventive maintenance. According to the unit would function with better performance and would consume less electricity bills with our periodic supervision servicing.

Service Maintenance contract:

The periodic maintenance (Servicing) will be done for the installed system after every three months. In case of any complaint under the AMC Period, we will attend the call at any time and no extra charge will be charged for the same except spare materials like spare parts, refrigerant, oil, PCB repairing, compressor, capacitor, and other fabrication works, etc. Our commitment to suitable rectification and remedy within 24 hrs after receiving your call and for remote is within a week.

Work under preventive maintenance:

 

• Cleaning up of the unit, fan blower air filter.
• Cleaning up of cooling coil and condenser coil with cleaning chemical.
• Combing of fins of condenser and evaporator coil if necessary.
• Cleaning up of evaporative drain system.
• Oiling and greasing the moving parts like fan blower, compressor, etc.
• Checking the mounting nut bolt of indoor and outdoor units and tightening if necessary.
• Checking the fixing nut, bolt, and screw of fan motors and compressor and tightening if necessary.
• Checking whether the connecting piping system is properly insulated or not.
• Checking the input power supply, earthling, and all-electric connections and tightening if necessary.
• Properly operate the system.
• Measurement of current loads of individual electrical components like the compressor, indoor fan motor,
• and outdoor fan motor.
• Measurement of suction and discharge pressure reading of refrigeration system.
• Measurement of the indoor temperature and ensure the automatic cut-out system is properly
• operated or not.
• Feel the worksheet chart of individual air conditioners in detail.
• Submition the worksheet chart to your administration with a quotation, if any extra material requires repairing as mentioned above from reading.

 

Note: - If any faults or leakage visualized during any system of observations mentioned above would be remade immediately but material charges will be charged or provided by the owner by negotiation.
